Mission: Our mission is to empower working class community members by providing stable housing, comprehensive support services, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our core values of integrity, authenticity, freedom, accountability, and stability are designed to make housing safety and communal support accessible to everyone.
House of Overflow will serve the community by providing affordable housing and financial support. We will start by acquiring properties for restoration in affordable housing and allowing for individuals to be able to support their families feasibly. The plan is to provide housing crisis assistance, property restoration, and rent assistance.

Founded by Brandi Baker, a passionate real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience, House of Overflow was established to address the pressing needs in our community. Brandi has witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of the housing crisis on families, and she is committed to being part of the solution. Our vision is simple: to empower families by providing the resources, education, and assistance they need to navigate these difficult times.
